Based on the module Learning Activities, discuss the internal and external threats an organization must deal with? Do you believe internal or external threats are the greater danger? Please elaborate on your answers.
internal threats such as mistakes by employees in training or an intentional attack by a malicious party are potentially more likely i guess. The question itself says which are the greater danger, all things considered either an external or internal threat could ruin the business/organization financially or even pose legal obligations. A flood, hurricane, or fire shouldn't be taken lightly as they are also capable of devastating a business/place of work as well as peoples well being. workplace safety and security should always be an equal priority. Considering information leaks and hacks like the dispute between samsung and apple situations of internal threats can often be settled in a steadfast manor in my opinion. with an exception of some sort of espionage or military situation. the more devastating destruction almost always seems to come from weather like in the case of the fukishima nuclear plant, chernobyl, and lets not forget the state of louisiana after hurricane katrina. i'm gonna say its external in my opinion as they are ubiquitously applicable.
