1 install wamp
2 extract wordpress to wwwinside wamp folder
3 configure wordpress
       a create database in MySQL
          - create database
          - create user(wordpress)
          - set global privileges
       b open wp-config-sample.php in a text editor
          - database name
          - database user name
          - password
          - host   -localhost
SALT
save as wp-config.php
       c now run wordpressinstallation

localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php
